We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Head of School to join Hampton Gardens school. This role provides an exciting and unique opportunity to help shape the future development of the school as it expands.
We are looking to appoint the best person for this position so the exact areas of responsibility will be open for negotiation. Potential areas that the successful candidate could lead on could include one of the following:
- Teaching and Learning
- Student data and Assessment
- Curriculum development & timetabling
Along with the main area of responsibility there will be additional responsibilities reflecting the current size of the leadership team. As the team grows, areas of responsibility will be reviewed according to individual skill set.
In addition, the Assistant Head of School will:
- Be an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of leading students to achieve outstanding results;
- Embrace creativity and innovation and will always be looking for the very best practice in teaching.
