  • Experienced in development/improvement planning and school and subject self-evaluation processes
  • Senior leadership responsibilities have included leading and developing teaching and learning, developing departments, staff, and improving outcomes in the areas

  • Teaching and learning development: support with all aspects of teaching and learning development, including quality assurance and staff support. For example, observations, support plans, CPD plans, 1:1 mentoring
  • Pastoral support: e.g. setting up a vertical tutoring framework
