Secondary

Kevin’s teacher career began as a PE teacher working in secondary education. Kevin gained leadership experience through roles as a Head of Year and then as a Director of Sport. Kevin has worked in a number of secondary schools as a senior leader taking on responsibilities for a variety of curriculum areas and line management of SEND. Kevin gained further experience working as a SLE supporting on Physical Education and student welfare. Kevin became a Deputy Principal in 2018 leading on behaviour, welfare, safeguarding and attendance, before taking on the role of Head of School at Hampton Gardens in September 2022.

Additional affiliations and accreditations

Kevin has completed his NPQH whilst also achieving a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management through the University of Bedfordshire. Kevin has strong links with the University of Bedfordshire supporting with interviewing potential undergraduates/ graduate trainees.
