Zoe Trigg

Areas of educational expertise and experience:

Early Years/Primary

Zoe’s teaching and leadership background is in primary education, specializing in Early Years and Literacy. She has been a senior leader, within the township of Hampton, Peterborough, as a founding member of three new schools:

2004 – EYFS Lead, securing promotions to Deputy Head, and LA moderator for the EYFS profile

2012 – Assistant Head Hampton College – Primary (Hampton College became an all-through school), securing promotion to Deputy Head of School and qualifying as an accredited SENCO

2018 appointed as Principal Designate for Hampton Lakes (primary free school) opening the school in the capacity of Head of School in 2019.

Zoe embraces all the challenges of working in new schools, and demonstrates tenacity, resilience and passion in her chosen profession.
